Tips to boil fresh vegetables

The time of cooking is different for various vegetables.
Wash, clean and peel the vegetables to cut to small pieces.
Put all the chopped vegetables in the pot and add some water in it.
Add plenty of cooking salt.
Turn on the heat, keep the pot for boiling.
Check the vegetables at regular intervals to find whether all are cooked and crisp as desired.
Add plenty of water but vegetables should be allowed to cook on low flame for last 5minutes.
The vegetables should become soft and green vegetables must not turn grey.
If the vegetables are cooked completely well, it becomes overcooked.
Remove the water from it and serve hot.
