Roasting Potatoes in minutes

Goose or duck fat is ideal to roast potatoes.
Try to find lard or dripping if you do not have any of them.
Cut the potatoes in a medium sized after peeling it.
For 500 grams of potatoes, melt 50 grams of fat in a flat roasting dish.
Turn around after adding potato till the potatoes are well coated.
Add some cooking salt in preheated oven at 190 c and 375 for approx 35 minutes time. Until they become golden, bast often with fat.
Potatoes can be partly boiled till the soft outer layer is formed.
Even partly boiled potatoes are good but if it is cooked in an oven, then reduce the time of cooking.
