Add some items like one clove and crushed garlic, a bay leaf, salt, pepper, thyme, etc for body cavity.
Rub soft butter on the chicken skin and add salt and pepper outside.
Keep the chicken in a grilling or oiled roasting pan.

Cook the chicken in a preheated oven for 200c and 400 f.
Cook the breast side up by turning the chicken.
Now keep the chicken in a warm plate for minimum 15 minutes after cooking and let the meat relax before serving.
Un coat the oily pan before using for gravy with boiling water.
The moist flesh and crispy skin can be served immediately.
