In a small pan add a knob of butter and keep the heat medium to low.
Crack eggs in a bowl and add pepper and salt.
As the butter melts, pour in the eggs.
Stir the eggs continuously with the wooden tablespoon till only a little runny egg remains.
Then, you remove pan and use the grill for cooking when the egg has dried completely but has not browned.
Remove from the grill, fold the omelette in half and slide onto the serving plate.
One can even add additional toppings like a fresh vegetables, mushrooms and home made cream before serving.
